Lysekil: Martime decor
This wonderful apartment is in the perfect location – right next to the ocean in the wonderful fishing village of Lysekil, Sweden. The colour blue is dominant, and balances perfectly with the white base and ocean in the background. Isn’t it funny how decor tends to reflect the surroundings and local environment? In this case, the designers have managed to capture the marine decor feeling to a tea.

Lysekil is one of my favorite small towns in Sweden. I visited this cute little coastal town for the first time in 2002 when I went to listen to the rock group ‘Kents’ play live in concert. The atmosphere was magical and I just walked around and enjoyed the people, ocean, and the great music. If you haven’t been to Lysekil I would definitely recommend a visit – especially in the Summer.
