Holmbytorp.se sees each customer as an individual, and therefore buys in goods tailored to each customer’s preference. Marthina working at Holmby Torp takes good care of her customers. Her motto is
“The customer should always be happy, then I’m happy.”
A very good motto :) I really like the smaller, more personal shops best as they have a charm that you don’t find in the retail giants. A bit like a cozy country store from yesteryear, where people stopped to converse about everyday life.
In an era of far too many cold machines, human contact and warmth are needed, even if it’s in the queue at the supermarket :)
